The American Dream is built on the idea of equal opportunity for all. Diversity, equity, and inclusion policies directly undermine this. DEI policies have infiltrated every aspect of our society, from education to Hollywood to corporate boardrooms.

Our public institutions have been overrun by DEI bureaucrats who prioritize a person’s race and ethnicity over their experience and skills in hiring and admissions. Building America’s Future wants to return to a focus on merit and equal opportunity for all Americans and dismantle DEI in our society

Around the country, conservative leaders are taking action to end DEI programs in higher education and empower students and parents over liberal bureaucrats. From Florida to Texas to Utah to Oklahoma and Alabama, Governors has enacted policies to eliminate DEI programs and redirect that money to enhance the educations of students in their states.

to thank Governors who are standing up
for common sense and protecting our
institutions from radical DEI mandates.

KEY PRINCIPLES

  •  Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs are tools of the left to divide Americans.

  • Opportunity in education should be based on merit alone.

  • Taxpayer dollars should be used to fund programs that enhance the education of American students.
